The Ally Charlotte Center Interior Build-Out project includes 752,392 sq ft and 25 floors within the Ally Charlotte Center office tower in Uptown Charlotte. These build-outs included MEP, café and kitchen space, meeting and collaboration space, multi-level fitness centers, golf and NASCAR immersion zones, a library, event space, vegetation walls, an outdoor terrace, monumental steel stairs, and high-end finishes throughout.
