AdventHealth Building III is a five-story, 165,000 sq ft new office building. Exemplifying the continued growth of the AdventHealth campus previously built by Brasfield & Gorrie, the Building III project consists of a developed greenfield site, shell, and interior construction that is equipped to accommodate a staff of 1,600. Design features include exterior backlit glass illuminated crosses, DIRTT walls, Skyfold partitions, a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, glass canopies, training and conference rooms, offices, a lakeside plaza, pedestrian bridges, and site improvements to continue the campus connectivity initiative.

Design features to maximize space and flexibility included an automatic, digitally controlled retractable wall system that expands the 120-seat auditorium to accommodate more than 500 people and perimeter offices configured with a demountable partition system that enables the owner to reconfigure office and conference space with ease. To reduce travel and meeting expenses, a high-tech teaching center and a video teleconference studio were also incorporated.
