360 Tech Village is a two-story, 110,000 sq ft, tilt-wall office building with a 410-space precast parking deck. Tenant improvements include open office space, individual offices, conference rooms, break rooms, training spaces, a small data center, and a command center. 360 Tech Village is the new home of Colonial Pipeline’s headquarters.
