Plant Miller Bottom Ash Conversion Civil Package

Brasfield & Gorrie has completed several projects for Plant Miller since 2006 to provide reliable energy for Central Alabama. This build provided a showcase for our self-perform capabilities as our craft workers constructed several types of shoring systems. Because the ash silo foundation was located directly in the middle of two existing structures, making an open cut excavation not possible, our team completed the concrete pour by designing the shoring system to also serve as the exterior form for the structure.
