This mile-long, 31-acre linear park runs beneath the newly replaced Interstate 59/20 bridges. Distinctive features include a recreational sports space, a regional skate park facility, a performance space, water features, market spaces, public art, and a dog park.

Each block (A-H) of City Walk BHAM is designed for specific activities such as Block A’s performance space, civil rights story zone, and multi-use field or Block B’s food truck area and skate park.
