Brasfield & Gorrie began building in the Jacksonville area in 1990. More than 30 years later, our footprint has grown with this vibrant community, and we continue to partner with trusted clients across the Northeast Florida region.

Our projects include premium hospitality destinations such as Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, but you may also know us as Modern Healthcare’s #3 general contractor in healthcare construction, representing clients such as Baptist Health and Ascension St. Vincent’s. Additionally, our construction of strategic facilities for the University of Florida and the Jacksonville Jaguars match the region’s passion for healthcare, higher education, sports, and entertainment. Much of our work reflects and supports the dynamic business community around us and Jacksonville’s development scene, such as projects for 2023 NAIOP Developer of the Year VanTrust Real Estate, Fidelity Investments, and the successful urban mixed-use development Vista Brooklyn.

Our commitment to the Jacksonville community extends beyond the workday, too. We partner with local civic and charitable organizations including the JAX Chamber, Elevate Jacksonville, the ACE Mentor Program of Northeast Florida, and the University of Florida’s Small Business and Vendor Diversity program.
