Brasfield & Gorrie Tops Out The Joseph Nashville

The Pizzuti Companies and general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie recently held a topping out ceremony at The Joseph Nashville, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Nashville’s SoBro neighborhood.

Representatives from Pizzuti, Brasfield & Gorrie, and over 600 construction workers participated in the ceremony as they celebrated the landmark event.

“This milestone is another exciting step in Brasfield & Gorrie’s long relationship with The Pizzuti Companies, an industry leader we’ve worked with for two decades,” said Brasfield & Gorrie Vice President and Division Manager Hal Matern. “Our team accelerated the project schedule by self-performing 19,000 cubic yards of concrete work for the hotel, which will serve Nashville’s increasing visitor demand.”

Brasfield & Gorrie began construction in June 2018 and the project is expected to be completed in Fall 2020. Learn more in a press release from Pizzuti.
