Ally Charlotte Center

Standing at 27 stories and covering more than 1.3 million sq ft, the Ally Charlotte Center brought a new type of workplace to Uptown Charlotte. More than just retail and restaurants, this property provides a community space surrounded by beautiful gardens, a welcome pedestrian experience for all types of visitors. The award-winning building was planned so that the structure is on the outside of the floorplate rather than the traditional inbound column design, which provided the client with more rentable square footage and usable office space.
