General contractor Brasfield & Gorrie recently topped out the residential tower at 760 Ralph McGill in Atlanta. Topping out marks a building reaching its full height.

The 493,600 sq ft, 18-story residential tower will include 359 units. It’s part of a new mixed-use high-rise development under construction along Atlanta’s BeltLine, developed by New City Properties. The development also includes two 11-story office towers, which have both topped out, an underground parking deck, street-level retail, a boutique hotel, and a pedestrian bridge for beltline connectivity.

The general contractor and developer previously collaborated on 725 Ponce and Ford Factory renovations. Brasfield & Gorrie is also collaborating with architecture firms HKS (executive architect) and Olson Kundig and Morris Adjmi (design architects).

The residential tower is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2023.
