NCDOL Honors Brasfield & Gorrie for Safety Excellence

Company Receives Two Safety Awards from NCDOL

Raleigh, N.C. (June 16, 2014) – Brasfield & Gorrie today announced that the company received two awards for outstanding safety achievements from the North Carolina Department of Labor (NCDOL) during an awards ceremony on June 6, 2014, in Raleigh, N.C.
Brasfield & Gorrie’s Raleigh office received the NCDOL’s Second Consecutive Year Gold Award. This award is presented to companies that achieve Days Away, Restricted, and Transfer (DART) case rates that are at least 50 percent below the statewide rate for their respective industries for two consecutive years.

The company also received a One Million Employee Hours award, which recognizes companies that achieve one million man-hours with no lost-time workplace accidents.
