Construction Team Celebrates Grand Opening of Anesthesiology Offices
April 3, 2012
Birmingham, AL—The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), CMH Architects, and Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, are excited to announce the grand opening of the Anesthesiology offices at UAB’s Women and Infants Center/Radiation Oncology facility.
This $600,000 build-out of the previously shelled space inside the hospital will provide 12 new offices, public restrooms, and a lounge area for the Anesthesiology department. The Anesthesiology group supports all functions of the hospital, including general women’s services, labor and delivery, and the Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (RNICU).
Brasfield & Gorrie is honored to be a part of this state-of-the-art facility, and is proud to have had the opportunity to work with UAB on this project.
The Anesthesiology department is scheduled to occupy its new space in mid-April.
