Brasfield & Gorrie’s Orlando Office Moves to New Address

Office moves to building recently constructed by Brasfield & Gorrie

Orlando, Fla. (Oct. 28, 2013) – Brasfield & Gorrie today announced that its Orlando, Fla. office has moved from its former location in Lake Mary to a new location in Winter Park. The new office is located at the newly-completed CNL Heritage Park office building, which Brasfield & Gorrie constructed. It is the most recent office tower construction in the area since the start of the economic recession.

CNL Heritage Park is a three-story, 85,000 sq ft commercial office building located on the corner of Morse Boulevard and Denning Avenue in Winter Park. In addition to constructing the $10.3 million office building, Brasfield & Gorrie completed a 39,000 sq ft build-out for its office spaces on the second and third floors of the building.

Brasfield & Gorrie began construction on CNL Heritage Park in August 2012 and began the build-out for its office spaces in May 2013. Both projects were completed this month.

HuntonBrady Architects designed the new office space to reflect Brasfield & Gorrie’s rich company culture and expertise. The office features a number of elements that celebrate the company’s workforce and commitment to high-quality construction processes. For instance, the building’s structural frame is exposed and unpainted to reflect the company’s trademark ability to self-perform structural concrete work.

The new address of Brasfield & Gorrie’s Orlando office is 941 West Morse Blvd., Suite 200, Winter Park, Fla. 32789. Its phone and fax numbers remain the same.
