Brasfield & Gorrie Recognized for Client Experience Initiatives

General contractor Brasfield & Gorrie recently received an award for its commitment to creating positive client experiences during the 2018 Client Experience in Professional Services (CXps) conference in Durham, North Carolina. The firm accepted a CX-cellence award in the Client Connectedness category.

The annual CXps conference provides continuing education and inspiration for leaders responsible for designing and implementing client experience strategies for their firms. The CX-cellence award celebrates firms that excel in client experience innovation and ideas. To be recognized in the Client Connectedness category, a nominee must demonstrate a process of integrating client feedback initiatives and insight throughout the firm.
