Brasfield & Gorrie Completes Two-Phase Office Tower

August 1, 2013

New tower features classrooms, law firm space

Greenville, South Carolina (August 1, 2013) Project ONE, Greenville’s newest multi-use complex, is ready to open its doors after Brasfield & Gorrie recently completed its construction.

The two-phase project, which broke ground in September 2011, includes a nine-story, 180,000 sq ft, $21 million, North Office Tower which houses four floors of classrooms for Clemson University’s MBA program, two floors for local law firm, Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, one floor of executive space for CertusBank, and one floor available for lease.

The second phase features an 11-story, 201,000 sq ft, $20.4 million, South Office Tower which has seven floors of meeting/training rooms and auditorium space for CertusBank, and the remaining three floors are available for lease.

The concept for Project ONE was created as a place where all Greenville citizens could come together in one place and celebrate the community.

Both towers are expected to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification, making the complex the tallest high-rise in South Carolina with that distinction.

Brasfield & Gorrie worked with a talented project team including Hughes Development and 4240 Architecture, Inc.

“This complex showcases an exciting new development for the people of Greenville, and is sure to bring everyone together as ONE,” said Keith Johnson, Regional Vice President. “This was a great opportunity for Brasfield & Gorrie to partner with Hughes Development, and help them make their vision a reality. This is a project everyone in the community can be proud of for many years to come.”
