Brasfield & Gorrie Completes Oktibbeha County Hospital

Starkville, Miss.— Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, and Oktibbeha County recently announced the completion of the Oktibbeha County Hospital Regional Medical Center project.

The $23 million project consisted of a five-story, 87,116 sq ft bed tower expansion, a 99,884 sq ft, four-level parking deck with 235 spaces, and approximately 32,000 sq ft of renovation over three floors of the existing hospital. The new bed tower consists of multiple labor and delivery and single-patient rooms. The renovation included patient rooms as well as six new ICU rooms.

In addition to the bed tower expansion, parking deck, and hospital renovation, the project included upgrades to the central energy plant at the existing hospital. The upgrades consisted of replacement of three cooling towers and the addition of a fourth.
