Brasfield & Gorrie Begins Construction of Solis Downwood Apartments

Work begins on $34.6 million apartment building in Atlanta

Atlanta, Ga. (March 10, 2014) – Brasfield & Gorrie today announced the start of construction on Solis Downwood Apartments, a $34.6 million luxury apartment community in Atlanta, Ga., developed by Terwilliger Pappas.

Located in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood, the 280-unit apartment complex includes two five-story wood-framed buildings and a five-story precast parking deck that will provide secured parking.

Brasfield & Gorrie’s Atlanta office is teaming with architect Cooper Carry Inc. to construct the apartment complex, which will be completed in mid-2015.
