The MetLife Global Technology and Operations Headquarters Campus is an office campus that consists of three seven-story office buildings totaling 673,000 sq ft and two 1,000-car and one 800-car structural precast parking decks, all located on a 26.5-acre site. This development is the hub of MetLife’s Global Technology and Operations Unit, housing nearly 2,000 employees.

Brasfield & Gorrie also completed the tenant interiors for these office buildings. The work environment is focused on productivity, connectivity, diversity, and wellness. The collaborative working environment features 3,300 flexible open office seats with numerous lounge spaces and team work areas on each floor, including 126 conference rooms, training rooms, and huddle spaces.
