This design-build project consists of demolishing and replacing the grandstand and press box. The new grandstand has 1,862 seats, 524 of which are chair back seats. The rest are a combination of bleacher, ADA, and ADA companion seats. The concourse has new bathroom facilities with increased capacity to accommodate a sold out crowd if necessary. The project also consists of a new scoreboard, tournament headquarters, and updated hardscape and landscaping throughout.
