Brasfield & Gorrie was the construction manager for this prestigious University of Georgia complex, which includes three separate buildings located on a common site on the school’s campus.

The 55,000 sq ft Georgia Museum of Art includes 8,000 sq ft of galleries, storage areas for 7,000 pieces of art, exhibit registration and preparation work spaces, a 200-seat auditorium, audio and visual exhibits, a cafe, a gift shop, and administration offices.

The School of Music Performance Building is a 45,000 sq ft performance center consisting of a 1,200-seat concert hall with gallery seating around the stage, a 360-seat chamber music recital hall, a 3,000 sq ft orchestra rehearsal room, a lobby, and support spaces.

The School of Music Academic Building is a 100,000 sq ft facility with classrooms, ensemble rehearsal space for the band and symphony, 56 acoustically isolated practice rooms, faculty offices, a music studio with a theater and recording booths, a library, and a 200-seat recital/lecture hall.
