The Biloxi Blind Rehabilitation Center is a 55,000 sq ft, two-story U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs rehabilitation facility to train sight-impaired veterans for living independently. The scope of work included general construction, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, site work, rough-in for specific rehabilitation equipment, and finishes to enhance sight-impaired coordination and control. Site work included roadway improvements, parking, walks, and lighting.
