The Plaza entails every component of mixed-use construction—offices, retail, dining, entertainment, residential, and parking—and is a flagship project for the rejuvenation of the metropolitan area. As one of the largest private developments in downtown Orlando, The Plaza features a 767,028 sq ft parking deck, 69,711 sq ft of ground-floor retail, and a 57,577 sq ft, 12-screen movie theater. The 256,793 sq ft South tower consists of 11 levels above a nine-story parking garage, and the 146,175 sq ft North tower consists of six stories above the parking garage. Both towers feature radius balconies above Orange Avenue and clip-on balconies overlooking Pine and Church streets. In terms of scale, few projects in Orlando have matched The Plaza.

Brasfield & Gorrie self-performed an estimated 1.3 million sq ft of concrete frame, with nearly 150 employees working on the site.
