The Synovus Data Center project is a Tier III data center consisting of 27,000 sq ft of new raised floor data center space, 17,500 sq ft of office space, and 8,400 sq ft of critical system support space. The data center is constructed of structural precast panels and double tees with a topping slab and roof. The office space is structural steel with a honed concrete masonry unit exterior and drywall backup. The project included site work and parking.
