St. Vincent’s Hospital Clay County is a single-story, 160,000 sq ft facility that includes 110,000 sq ft of imaging suites, radiology, nuclear medicine, fluoroscopy, and general administration, and a three-story, 50,000 sq ft patient tower with one floor reserved for future expansion. The 37-acre site will also be home to a second patient tower, obstetrics and gynecology expansion, and medical office building in the future. Due to traffic flow requirements, the project included expansion of the highway in front of the property.
