Project Poseidon consists of a new 320,000 sq ft manufacturing and warehouse space and 30,000 sq ft of Class A office and conference space. The tilt-up project also includes the installation of three high-production stamping presses, three permanent internal gantry cranes, and a small laboratory facility for Rinnai’s research and development group. Rinnai is the top provider of tankless water heaters in North America, and this new facility will support the company’s growing production needs.
