The Park Place One at Nocatee project was the first in a five-building office park development. This four-story, 128,750 sq ft, tilt-wall shell office building included a mix of curtain wall and storefront glass. Additionally, our scope included the construction of a parking lot, expansion of the master development infrastructure, installation of EV charging stations, and creation of a common area courtyard.
