This marquee hotel serves as the anchor for a master-planned project through a partnership between Omni Hotels & Resorts and the PGA of America. The project includes construction of a new world-class 42-hole golf course, a 600,000 sq ft, 510-key resort hotel, 100,000 sq ft of function and meeting space, three high-end food/beverage venues, seven standalone golf villas, a 35,000 sq ft golf clubhouse, 40,000 sq ft of technologically advanced retail space, and a 200,000 sq ft core/shell office building. Upon completion in 2022, the facility will serve as the PGA’s new headquarters.
