The capacity of this 18-million-gallon-per-day (MGD) greenfield water treatment plant is expandable to 108 MGD. Construction included an operations building with offices, a laboratory, and chemical feed; a basin and filter complex with two flocculation basins, two sedimentation basins, four filters, and a filter gallery; a 9 MGD clear well; a high-service pump station; a wash water supply tank, clarifier, and equalization basin; a residuals thickener; a residuals pump station; a thickened residuals storage lagoon; a residuals splitter; and a truck loading station.
