Brasfield & Gorrie was chosen to be the general contractor for Maynard Cooper & Gale’s recent tenant improvement project. The client decided to relocate their space to floors 17 through 22 of Regions Harbert Plaza, the building in which they were already located, so phasing of the work was critical to the project’s success. The 115,200 sq ft new office space includes six floors of interior demolition and build-out for the law firm. Renovations consist of open concept office space, a cafeteria and coffee bar, employee entertaining social space, training space, and a monumental staircase that connects two floors.
