Longfellow Discovery 4 Speculative Laboratory Improvements consists of a 32,930 sq ft build-out of three speculative laboratories and office space at Longfellow Real Estate’s Discovery campus at Perimeter Park. Each of the speculative laboratories include an open office area, conference room, offices, break area, and separate tenant entries. Laboratories include mobile casework, fume hoods, sinks, and safety stations, as well as a tissue culture lab and laboratory space constructed to allow future tenant customization.
