Loews Vanderbilt Hotel Nashville Lobby Renovation

Nashville, Tennessee

Client:
Loews Vanderbilt Hotel

Project Size:
16,000 sq ft

Brasfield & Gorrie completed two renovations to the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. The first was an 8,000 sq ft renovation of the meeting room space on the mezzanine level. The second was a complete overhaul of the hotel’s first-floor common and lounge space.

The lobby renovation updated the lobby, check-in area, and kitchen and introduced a new restaurant and bar. The lobby features high-end materials, including Italian marble and plaster and a horsehair wall finish. In the lobby lounge, a 30-foot mural of Hank Williams Sr., composed entirely of album covers, welcomes visitors to Music City. Additionally, the eye-catching check-in desk showcases a split log, displaying the tree’s inner rings. Mason’s, the hotel’s new restaurant, derives its name from the Mason jar, a theme which is integrated throughout the restaurant’s décor.
