The Gulch Hub in downtown Nashville is a core and shell and tenant build-out project that consists of a 550,518 sq ft dual-tower complex; a six-level, 681,000 sq ft parking deck; and 8,992 sq ft of retail and restaurant space. The towers are connected by a two-story lobby and two sky bridges.
