The FMCSA Southern Border Program included four design-build vehicle inspection facilities interspersed along 600 miles of the southern border. To meet the government’s operational needs, our team worked concurrently at the projects located in Santa Teresa, New Mexico; Yseleta, Texas; the World Trade International Bridge in Laredo, Texas; and the Columbia International Bridge, also in Laredo. The inspection facilities ensure that commercial vehicles entering the country meet the federal Department of Transportation safety standards.
