The Credit Suisse Office Building and Interior Renovations is the second building for the company, expanding the international global financial services company’s footprint on their growing Research Triangle Park campus. The new Class A corporate office building consists of a 62-acre site redevelopment with 1,729 surface parking spaces, a service road connecting to the existing building, and a new pedestrian walkway/bridge over wetlands between the two buildings. The four-story, 205,000 sq ft office building is similar in size and character to the existing building.

The expansion was built with the environment in mind, using reclaimed water, solar power, and energy-saving lighting and mechanical systems. Additional features include a health center, a fitness center with running trails, a food service cafeteria, grab-and-go stations, IT cafes, and a technologically advanced conference center.

The interior build-out and 205,000 sq ft renovation of Building 1 include a work environment focused on productivity, wellness, and collaboration. Additional features include a health center, a fitness center with running trails, a terrace green, a food service cafeteria, grab-and-go stations, IT cafes, and a technologically advanced conference center. The project is LEED Gold certified.
