Due to the extremely compressed schedule and the need to have a GMP established from design development, Brasfield & Gorrie took a more aggressive approach to our preconstruction services. We committed two senior-level employees 100 percent to the project from award. These two management experts were well versed in estimating and cost management strategies and were supported by our head of estimating as well as estimating assistants during major pricing of documents.
