The City of Birmingham Parking Deck Renovation and Expansion project consisted of a 618-car expansion to the existing 750-car parking deck located between 20th Street North and Richard Arrington Boulevard at 4th Avenue North in downtown Birmingham, Alabama. The project also included renovation of the existing parking deck.

The expansion is a post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete structure enclosed on three sides with metal-framed window wall, composite metal wall panels, and architectural precast concrete. Three elevators are included, along with an emergency generator. A 7,000 sq ft shell space was provided on the ground level for future tenant build-out. The project included on-grade asphalt parking, parking control equipment, walk-up pay booths, and drive-through pay booths.
