Cambridge Village is a four-story, 146,000 sq ft, wood-framed senior living facility that added 123 residential units to an existing 110-unit campus. The addition includes several community/activity spaces, a new dining room and lounge, a salon, and a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. The exterior façade features masonry, stucco, and Hardiplank siding as well as vinyl windows and patio doors. The HVAC system consists of vertical terminal air conditioning units (VTACs) serving both the residential and common spaces. The addition is built around an existing retention pond that was reworked to include a fountain, boardwalk, docks, pergolas, and other outdoor amenities.
