The Boeing Delta IV Focused Facility manufactures the Delta IV Rocket for commercial and governmental use. The piling and foundations for Phases I and II of the project consisted of 77,500 linear feet of piling, 8,700 cubic yards of concrete, and over 6,500 anchor bolts.

The Phase II Tunnel project consisted of installation of 1,336 linear feet of service and utility tunnels. This included excavation of 37,700 cubic yards of material and placement of 4,000 cubic yards of concrete.

The pneumatic test chamber and cooling tower foundation project included 1,600 cubic yards of concrete at the test chamber and 850 cubic yards of concrete at the tower foundation. The pneumatic test chamber was constructed entirely of concrete and features a 34-foot-high arched roof.
