The facility is a single-story, 14,942 sq ft warehouse and distribution center on a 3-acre site. The project includes approximately 57,000 sq ft of 6-inch-thick concrete for accommodating delivery trucks, a fueling station with a 10,000-gallon pump, five loading dock bays, and nine truck-charging stations for overnight charging of refrigeration systems.
