The Arthrex AMISC Manufacturing and Central Services Facilities included a 250,000 sq ft medical device manufacturing building and a 30,000 sq ft central services support building. The manufacturing building consists of 175,000 sq ft of manufacturing floor spaces and 20,000 sq ft of clean room assembly for sterile packaging activities for all manufactured medical devices. The remainder of the building is a two-story office space. The central services building houses a full-size commercial kitchen to provide daily employee meals, an eight-room patient clinic to provide on-site healthcare, and large training spaces for support staff.
