The Ally Charlotte Center is a 26-story, 1.3 million sq ft tower located in Uptown Charlotte. The office tower includes 742,000 sq ft of office space, 30,000 sq ft of retail, and 20,000 sq ft of open plaza space. The 427 ft tall structure contains 7,400 tons of steel, one million pounds of glass, and 25,000 cu yd of concrete.

Brasfield & Gorrie also completed the tenant interior build-out for Ally Bank. The 14-floor, 358,850 sq ft build-out includes a cafe and kitchen space, multi-level fitness space, golf and NASCAR immersion zones, a library, event space, vegetation walls, outdoor terrace, monumental steel stairs, and high-end finishes throughout.
