This design-build project includes a three-story build-to-suit office building and a 500-car surface-level parking area. The 75,000 sq ft building is Allstate’s new claims call center, which houses approximately 500 employees. Each floor contains office spaces, small meeting rooms, conference rooms, management offices, and a kitchenette. The building also features a large break room on the first floor and a designated training area. The skin of the building is a combination of precast, curtain wall, and metal panels.
