The Adelicia is an 18-story, 506,000 sq ft community located in the quiet, prestigious, and centrally located neighborhood nestled between Music Row and Vanderbilt University. The tower contains 186 luxury condominiums, from brownstone-inspired townhouses on the ground level to large penthouse suites with custom designs and finishes on the seventeenth and eighteenth floors. The tower exterior is constructed with traditional, earth-toned materials such as brick, concrete, toned glass, and steel. The post-modern structure also employs brick and limestone on the facades of the ground-level townhouses.
