Brasfield & Gorrie Completes New Germantown Rehabilitation Hospital

Construction of Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital completed on schedule
Birmingham, Ala. (Nov. 19, 2014) – Brasfield & Gorrie today announced the completion of the new Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee.
The 54,880 sq ft rehabilitation hospital includes 49 rehabilitation beds along with a full-service kitchen, dining room, dedicated stroke unit, dedicated brain injury unit and physical therapy gym, among other specialized features. The facility also includes office and administrative areas and an outdoor therapy courtyard where rehabilitation patients will receive therapy with various outdoor activities.
Brasfield & Gorrie teamed with architect Earl Swensson Associates on this $15 million construction project for joint owners Duke Realty Corporation, Centerre Healthcare and Baptist Memorial Health Care. The project began in November 2013 and was completed on schedule.
